We streamlined channel for submitting loan and program applications, featuring built‑in RSBSA validation, entry of personal and farm details, and secure document upload options — all within a mobile‑friendly interface designed for transparent and efficient processing.

🔒 256-bit SSL Encryption & 256-bit encryption means the data is scrambled using a key that’s 2²⁵⁶ combinations long - virtually impossible to crack.
This is the same level of encryption used by banks and financial institutions SHA256 Certificate.
SHA256 is a cryptographic hash function used to validate the SSL certificate. It ensures the certificate is authentic and hasn’t been tampered.

Weather Forecast
Provides a 5-day localized weather forecast, including temperature, cloud coverage, and rainfall indicators. It features visual maps, daily breakdowns, and real-time updates to help farmers plan field activities, protect crops, and anticipate weather-related risks.
Geotagging
Allows farmers to capture and upload precise land coordinates using satellite view and boundary markers. It includes area size, location address, weather data, and timestamp. During the geotagging process, a GREENYX representative will personally assist the farmer to ensure accurate mapping and proper documentation.
Farm Monitoring
Allows farmers to track and schedule key agricultural activities such as land preparation, planting, and transplanting. It includes activity breakdowns, and progress tracking. Each stage is modular and expandable, helping farmers stay organized and aligned with seasonal timelines and support programs.
Loan Application
Allows farmers to apply online and view their loan application status, including loan status tracking, approval dates, principal information, cash loan details, due dates, and payment reference codes. The module promotes transparency for timely repayment and integrates with partner financial institutions to support streamlined processing.
App Notifications
Delivers timely alerts and updates within the GREENYX app. It includes in-app messages for loan status, weather updates, farm activity reminders, and other important notices to help farmers stay informed and responsive. To receive these alerts, notification settings must be enabled on the user's mobile app and device.
AI Support Assistance
Provides instant, AI-powered help for farmers navigating the GREENYX app. The AI assistant is available 24/7 and supports multilingual queries, helping users troubleshoot issues, understand features, and connect with partner services. This module complements hotline support and ensures fast, accessible assistance across all operational tasks.
Hotlines
Provides direct contact information for farmers seeking assistance beyond the GREENYX AI Agritech support. It includes biofertilizer product inquiries and GREENYX app-related concerns. Farmers can reach out to partner representatives for technical guidance, product coordination, or account support.
